Danbury Bank Offering Grants For Nonprofits
DANBURY â The Savings Bank of Danbury Foundation is now accepting applications for grants to be awarded in 2007. These grants are available to not-for-profit organizations serving both the greater Danbury and Waterbury areas in support of education, community and economic development, health and human services, and arts and culture.
Savings Bank of Danburyâs strong commitment to the communities it serves has been a priority for nearly 160 years.

Foundation grants are administered by a committee consisting of Savings Bank of Danbury corporators, directors, and officers.
In 2006, a variety of grants were awarded, including Connecticut Ballet, Musicals at Richter, TBICO, Amos House, Interlude, and Annâs Place, The Home of I Can.
