CT Choral Society Auditions

SOUTH BRITAIN — The Connecticut Choral Society, under the direction of John Liepold, invites interested singers to audition for its fall program.

The Chorus will perform its holiday concerts in mid-December in Newtown and Ridgefield. In addition to “Sanctus” from Bach’s B minor Mass, which will be performed in its entirety in April 2002, and other seasonal works, CCS will premiere a new work by Benjamin Broening commissioned by the group.  Rehearsals are on Monday evenings from 7:15 to 9:45, starting September 10. Rehearsals are held at South Britain Congregational Church Hall on Route 172 in South Britain.
