Warrant

After learning that police held a court warrant for his arrest, Kevin Miller, 24, of 21 Indian Hill Lane turned himself over to them at the police station on August 25 and was charged with fifth degree larceny in connection with an incident that occurred earlier this year, police said.

Police released Miller on $100 bail for a September 9 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.

Five Charged

Police said they received a report that a vehicle was being driven on baseball fields at Fairfield Hills about 11:58 pm August 25, so they went to investigate.

Police said they found five male youths attempting to enter Cochran House there. Police charged each of the five with simple trespassing. All of the five are from Hamden.

Police charged Joseph Ecolano, 16, Ryan Nelson, 17, and Michael Morgillo, Jr, 16. Each of the three received infraction tickets.

Police referred two 15-year-old boys to Juvenile Court authorities.
