Spine-Tingling Program At Booth Library
Spine-Tingling Program
At Booth Library
Thrill seekers can whet their appetites for the supernatural when C.H. Booth Library presents a program based on former Newtown resident and author Cheryl Wicksâs book Ghost Tracks Thursday, September 15, at 7:30 pm.
Famous psychic Lorraine Warren of Monroe (and Amityville Horror fame) will accompany Ms Wicks in this evening of discussion and explanation of paranormal activities. Learn about different phenomena, how a psychic investigation is undertaken, and the triggers and causes of the various types of phenomena.
Ghost Tracks is the culmination of five years of Ms Wicksâs own research along with that of Ed and Lorraine Warren. Through examples of actual transcripts taken from cases out of the Warrensâ files, Ms Wicks clarifies different aspects of the paranormal world.
Ms Wicks is a former New York City publishing executive and is currently editor of the New England Society for Psychic Research Journal produced by Ed and Lorraine Warren. The Warrensâ work has been the subject of nine other books, three movies, and many magazine articles, as well as TV and radio interviews.
Ghost Tracks will be available for purchase and a book signing will follow the talk.
