Clarification

At a September 29 Economic Development Commission (EDC) session, Town Attorney David Grogins stated that the shortcomings of the EDC’s initial failed application to the Inland Wetlands Commission (IWC) for the Newtown Technology Park project could be rectified by the EDC’s environmental consultant in a planned second application for the project.

A story in the October 1 edition of The Newtown Bee (“EDC Still Pursuing Tech Park”) incorrectly stated that Mr Grogins said that such modifications to a second technology park application could be made by a consultant for the IWC.
