Tercentennial Tree Lighting, 6:30 pm, town’s Christmas Tree at Hawley Pond (Elm Drive at Hawley Road), caroling will lead into lighting of tree at 7 pm by Tercentennial Committee Chairman Dan Cruson, then visits with Santa and Mrs Claus and light refreshments will continue the event.

Gala opening of Annual You Can Never Have Enough Christmas, 6:30–10 pm, St Rose of Lima Parish Hall, 36 Church Hill Rd, $5 admission includes wine, cheese, free gift, music.
