Thanks For The Pop-Tops

To the Editor:

Today I delivered 28 large bags of pop-tops to the Pyramid Shrine in Milford as a contribution to their Children’s Hospitals. The Shriners’ mission is a wonderful one, and I am honored to have been involved collecting pop-tops for the past three years at the middle school.

Thank you to everyone who brought five or 500 pop-tops to school. These little pieces of aluminum add up quickly to buy important equipment for the hospitals. When you see the Shriners ride by in the Labor Day Parade, you can be proud that you are a part of their generous and essential purpose.
