Catherine H. Lueke

Catherine H. Lueke, 90, of Nunnawauk Meadows died peacefully on April 25 at Bethel Health Care Center.

Catherine was born October 7, 1913, in Atlantic City, N.J., the daughter of the late Charles and Julia (Cole) Hoffman. She moved from Atlantic City to Connecticut ten years ago.

She is survived by her daughter Catherine Lovig Hansen of Newtown, granddaughter Sandra Lovig of West Palm Beach, Fla., grandson David Mark Lovig and his wife Suzanne and two great-grandchildren, Maxwell David and Cosmo David, of Woodbury; four grandchildren of California and Texas, and two great-grandchildren; a niece Margaret Parlett of Atlantic City, N.J., and a great-niece Patricia Parlett Shaffer of California.

Her husband Wilfred, son Wayne, her two sisters Carrie and Margaret, and her brother William, preceded her in death.

Cremation took place and there were no calling hours. The Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street,  Danbury, is in charge of arrangements.
