Mary Tompkins

Mary Tompkins, 65, of Brewster, N.Y., wife of the late Earnest Tompkins, died on July 3.

Daughter of the late George and Harriet Veach, she is survived by three daughters, Mary, Winniferd Sterling of N.Y., and Brenda Veach of Newtown; three sons, Earnest, Robert, and Frank Tompkins of Brewster; two brothers, Robert Veach of Grandville, N.Y., and Ralph Veach of Danbury; three sisters, Sue Sayers and Helen Mills of Bethel, and Isabelle Conklin of Danbury; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one godson, Robert McKinstry.
