The Children’s Adventure Center will continue with its series of Bookworms Story Hour with readings by First Selectman Pat Llodra on Saturday, February 8.

This program was originally scheduled for January 11, but was postponed due to weather and icing conditions that morning.

Mrs Llodra will be selecting from among her children’s favorites, as well as some of her own favorites, for the free program that will begin at 10 am.

Mrs Llodra has a strong educational background, having been a teacher and administrator in various Connecticut communities before entering the world of politics. The Bookworms Story Hour is presented and arranged in such a way that all parents and visitors are extremely comfortable and feel at home. Parents and guardians are welcome to do their own reading or listen to each month’s guest reader.
