As part of an ongoing effort to strengthen the power grid and increase reliability, Eversource will be using a helicopter equipped with advanced survey gear to create high resolution, three-dimensional images of transmission line rights of way in Connecticut, from Friday, November 23 to Friday, November 30. Images collected during these flights are necessary to help engineer system reliability improvements proposed in this area.

All flights are weather permitting and will take place between 7 am and 4:30 pm.

These flights are statewide.
