The following kittens are available for adoption through The Animal Center:
ARDALLA and CAMILLA: These beautiful nine-week-old kittens are incredibly affectionate, friendly and sweet and would make great companions for first time adopters. They are sisters and came to The Animal Center from a Waterbury family whose pet cat had kittens that could not be cared for. Ardalla and Camilla are current on vaccines, neutered and healthy. They may be adopted together or separately.Â
RICKY and ROCKY: These gray tabbies are ready for adoption this week. Their mom is a five-year-old brown Maine Coon mix named Suzette who had been abandoned while pregnant, and rescued by an Animal Center volunteer in April. All her kittens will be current on vaccines and neutered by adoption. Suzette will be ready for adoption by June 25.
Good news: Gumbo, Brazos, Nicky and Raspberry were adopted this past week.

The Animal Center is a Newtown-based, non-profit animal welfare charity that rescues, rehabilitates and places the communityâs abandoned, neglected and injured kittens into loving homes. The Animal Center not only partners with the community, but also with other rescue groups and veterinary offices to save cats that might otherwise be euthanized. The Animal Center is a 501 (c)3 publicly-supported charity, will help more than 200 cats this year and relies heavily on the support of the public and generous volunteers.Â
