Maryann M. Kosh
Maryann M. Kosh, 67, formerly of Milford, died unexpectedly on April 10 in Bridgeport Health Care Center, having suffered for 40 years with Multiple Sclerosis.
Daughter of the late John I. and Mary Washing Mahoney, she was born on November 23, 1936, in Bridgeport.
Mrs Kosh is survived by her beloved son, David Peter Kosh and his wife Amy and two beautiful grandchildren, Marissa and Sabrina Kosh, all of Stratford; her devoted sisters, Elizabeth Eaton and her husband Tom of Sandy Hook, and Genevieve Bergin of Osprey, Fla.; several cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
She was an active member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, worked many years at Peopleâs Savings Bank in Bridgeport and later enjoyed working at the Connecticut Post in Bridgeport. Mrs Kosh was a member of the National Honor Society, graduating in 1986 from the University of Bridgeport and was written up in Whoâs Who in American Junior Colleges. She was a volunteer for the Center for Independent Living of Greater Bridgeport.
A funeral service was held on April 15 in the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street on the Green, Milford.
