The Rev Steven Gordon, senior minister, will be preaching Sunday, February 6, at the 10 am worship and communion service. The Rev Janice Touloukian, associate minister, will be assisting. Mary Andreotta will be directing the Family Choir for the opening anthem. Anyone who wants to sing is invited to come rehearse at 9 am. Children under 8 should be accompanied by a parent. Philip Crevier will be at the piano and organ. Children will be excused to begin the new rotation on “Prayer” in the Sunday School Garden and then will return to share in communion at the end of the worship service. Friday night, February 4, will be Family Game Night in the Great Room. Cost is $5. Attendees are asked to bring their favorite game to share. The evening is planned by the Christian Education Committee and the Garden staff. Sunday, February 6, at 3 pm, soloists Sharon Goodkowsky and Mary Andreotta will be presenting a concert in the sanctuary. “Sing When the Spirit Says Sing!” will feature spirituals to Sondheim. Pianist will be Susan Anthony-Klein. Donations will be accepted to fund a memorial in honor of Betty Williams.
