Networking Group Hosts Panel Discussion On ‘Client Focus’

NORWALK — Why do some businesses flourish in difficult economic times, while others struggle?

In two words “client focus” — one that is focused on delivering products and services in a way that not only meets, but also exceeds client expectations every time.

The Entrepreneurial Woman’s Network will present a dynamic panel discussion featuring three of its successful woman entrepreneurs, who will lead the discussion of the importance of a strong client focus and “Setting, Managing & Exceeding Expectations … Every Time!”

The panel of women will share with the attendees how focusing on their clients made the difference in the success of their businesses. The luncheon will be held Tuesday, March 15, from noon to 2 pm at The Norwalk Inn & Conference Center, 99 East Avenue.
