Correction

Charles Wilson, co-author of Chew On This: Everything You Don’t Want To Know About Fast Food, has notified The Bee that the practice of using cow meat in cow feed, which left an impression on one of the young reader’s of the book interviewed last week, has been banned since 1997. This is clarified in the book on page 243.
