To the Editor:

 Yes! Our generous neighbors  swung by the library on Sunday to donate books, CDs, DVDs and other items for the various book sales sponsored by the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library.  Thank you.  You—and the weather—provided crucial support!

 Yes! We’re already collecting books for next year’s summer book sale (July 11-July 15, 2015). We’re also looking for like-new items for our upcoming Holiday Sale at the library on December 6th and 7th during the Holiday Festival.

 Yes! We also collect sale items year-round. Just drop off donations on the cart in front of the Children’s Library (tax receipts available). You can also drop off bagged or boxed items at the Friends’ donation trailer at the town transfer station. If you have any questions please leave a message at 203-270-4537.

 Yes, you can be part of the Friends by becoming a member or an active volunteer. More information about the Friends and our many activities is available at www.boothbooksale.org.
