To the Editor:

I would like to extend a very heartfelt “thank you” to the kind gentleman who purchased 25 boxes of girl scout cookies at our cookie booth this past Saturday to be donated to the food pantry.

You performed a very generous act of kindness for both the people that utilize the food pantry and for a group of young girls who were so excited to sell that many cookies to one person.  You proved that it truly is “Nicer in Newtown.”
