A Caring And Generous Community

On behalf of the Ghent family, I would like to thank all those who contributed to the “The Summer Ghent Fund” in response to Kaaren Valenta’s story in the health section of The Bee on August 10. One hundred percent of the funds received will be used toward Summers’ substantial, ongoing medical needs. The residents of Newtown have once again shown themselves to be a caring and generous community. All donations are greatly appreciated.
