The school district has scheduled its next Community Forum for Wednesday, March 29, starting at 7 pm, in the Newtown High School Lecture Hall, 12 Berkshire Road, Sandy Hook.

The focus of the Community Forum will be "School Start Time: Be an Informed Voice and Contributor."

The forum was previously scheduled for March 22, but was moved to March 29.

The Board of Education encourages parents to attend as its School Start Time Committee begins the work of researching the issue. The study by the Newtown Board of Education will include the community voice and the opinion of multiple stakeholders.

The committee will bring a detailed report to the Board in June.
