Thomas J. DiDomenico
Thomas J. DiDomenico, 84, of Huntington, a retired licensed pipe fitter for Candelora Appliances, Stratford, died on January 15 in St Vincent Medical Center.
He was the father of Laura Mulligan of Newtown.
Born in New York, N.Y., he was the son of the late Charles and Rose (Rao) DiDomenico. He served as a staff sergeant in the US Army during World War II, and was a member of the 242nd Engineer Battalion, Stratford.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Anthony and Al DiDomenico.
 Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Ann Marie (Sementilli) DiDomenico; another daughter, Valerie Coffin of Huntington; a sister, Mary Sadler of Trumbull; a brother, Sam DiDomenico of Stratford; three grandchildren, Geoffrey T. Coffin, Trista Guilfoyle and Christopher Lee Mulligan; a great-granddaughter, Johnna; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on January 19 from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and in St Lawrence Church, Huntington, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with military honors will be announced.
