To the Editor:

I understand that the Tick-Borne Disease Action Committee is very close to making a decision on whether or not to recommend deer culling in Newtown.

In the process of finalizing their recommendations, I am assuming they will be taking the general public’s opinions into consideration as well, and so I wanted to take this opportunity to say that I am in strong opposition to a town-sanctioned deer culling program.
