Eileen Louise Langan and Curt Joseph DeMott were united in marriage on September 23 at Walt Disney Worldâs wedding pavilion, Orlando, Fla. The Rev Tim Herring officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Virginia Langan of Newtown and Thomas Langan, Sr, of Emerald Isle, N.C.
The groom is the son of George and Patricia DeMott of Shelton.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Thomas Langan, Jr.
The matron of honor was Maureen DeMott of Milford.
The best man was Glenn DeMott of Milford.
The major domo, from Cinderella, brought the rings to the altar in a glass slipper.
The bride graduated from Newtown High School and Tunxis Community Technical College. She is a sales merchandiser for Warnaco.
The groom graduated from Bunnell High School and studied film scoring and music composition privately. He is a computer analyst/intranet designer for CBS TV and composer for Stormworks.
The reception was held at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in Orlando, Fla. A Connecticut reception was held October 2 at the Lake Forest Club in Bridgeport.
Following a wedding trip to Walt Disney World, Mr and Mrs DeMott are residing in Derby.
