Ryan Loring, a 1998 graduate of Newtown High School, is an assistant coach for the Longmeadow (MA) Lancers boys’ swim team. The Lancers take an undefeated record into the conference and state championships. Loring, an NHS four-year varsity swimmer and senior co-captain, is a sophomore physical education major at Springfield College, where he is a member of the men’s track and field team.
