Support For The 'Spring Thing'
Support For The âSpring Thingâ
To the Editor:
The Newtown Visiting Nurse Association wishes to thank its friends and neighbors for their wonderful support for its great âSpring Thingâ sale on Saturday, April 9, at Edmond Town Hall. This special event was made possible through the generosity of Julie Allen Bridals, which donated over 100 special occasion dresses and accessories that the VNA was able to provide to our community at very nominal prices.
An event of this magnitude requires the helping hands of many, many generous people. Special thanks go to the NHS Peer Leadership members and other NHS students, Aimee Clavette, Melissa Metzger, Kenadall McChord, Tia Chatterjee, Natalie Clevette, Ashleigh Pasko, advisor Jeff Tolson and Kayla Koschel, Dan Morehouse, Tyler von Oy, Edmond Town Hall staff, Queen Street Cleaners, Alice Falkowitz, Beth Koschel, Kat Danziger, Barb Danziger, Dan Morehouse, Tyler von Oy as well as the entire Board of Directors of the Newtown Visiting Nurses, The Newtown Bee, St Rose of Lima and the Danbury News Times.
We thank our friends and neighbors in our community for supporting our âSpring Thingâ and for helping us raise money to provide Visiting Nurse and medical services for the people of Newtown when needed. The Newtown VNA Thrift Boutique, lower left corner, Edmond Town Hall, is open every Wednesday from noon until 3 pm and Saturdays from 9 am until noon â fresh, new merchandise every day.
Sincerely,
VNA Board of Directors
