Where Do You Stand On Tyranny?

To the Editor:

I find it very interesting that our imperial president has taken it upon himself to again shred the Constitution and upgrade his executive powers.

There is no question that the infamous Affordable Care Act aka, Obamacare is a questionable law.  Yes; it was ruled constitutional by the Supreme Court; but it was ruled a tax – and there lies another  question for another time.

Unfortunately, Obamacare is the law of the land.  President Obama is, by the constitution (Article 2 of the constitution, president “shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed”) required to execute said law.

But wait; your president is picking the parts of the law he wants to happen. He’s giving waiver’s to certain groups which is not his job description.  Obama has changed the law that Nancy told us to vote on so we could read it; and we have!

I think it is time for us to request Congresswoman Estes to bring charges of high crimes and misdemeanors against President Obama since he has again and again gone outside his rights under the Constitution. The law stands and must be implemented as it was voted on and signed by him. It is illegal for him to change it now, and by doing so he has become a questionable president. President Obama has broken his oath to the Constitution of the United States.

What do you think? Where do you stand on this tyranny? We are not talking about some tax on tea, we are talking about the takeover of government by an elected individual.
