WEST HAVEN — The Seton Gallery at the University of New Haven (UNH) presents will present “Relativity: The Work of Valery and Katya Levental.” The rare exhibition will feature the works of Valery Levental, acclaimed set and costume designer for the Bolshoi Theater, Royal Albert Hall, and the Metropolitan Opera, among others, and his daughter, Katya Levental, a well-known artist and theatre designer in her own right.

Both artists are planning to attend the opening reception, which will be offered Friday, February 15, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.

The gallery is within Dodd’s Hall on the UNH campus, accessible from Campbell Avenue (Route 122) and Boston Post Road (Route 1). Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 1 to 5 pm; and Saturday and Sunday, noon to 3 pm. The collection will be on view until March 22.
