Support Group For Alzheimer’s

BROOKFIELD — The Village at Brookfield Common, 246-A Federal Road, will host an Alzheimer’s and Memory Loss Caring and Sharing Group on Sunday, June 17, at 3 pm.

Facilitated by Monika Westerdale, courtyard activity coordinator, on the fourth Sunday of the month, the Alzheimer’s memory loss education meetings feature helpful discussion on topics such as current treatment, research, family dynamics, handling challenging behaviors, and enhancing communication. Ideas are shared in a safe and relaxed setting. Refreshments will be served.

Caregivers are invited to come with their family member/loved one, who participates in a separate program in The Courtyard while the discussion group is in session.
