Disney's

This timeless classic tells the story of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a selfish and unkind young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end. But time is running out. The Beast must learn his lesson soon or he and his household will be doomed forever.

NHS's orchestra will perform the musical score while the cast and crew bring the story to life.

"The reason that this story has endured for so long is that we all understand what it's like to feel different," said Jane Matson, the show's director. "We all need to learn the lesson of accepting differences, not only in others but in ourselves as well. I could want nothing more for my students than for them to be comfortable with who they are as people and accepting of who others are."

The show's Title Sponsor is Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. Ingersoll Auto of Danbury is also matching donations dollar for dollar, up to $10,000, in donations to the GoFundMe account, according to the school.
