Michael N. Hudack was born to Evelyn and Michael Nicholas Hudack, in New York City, on January 21, 1939, and grew up in New Hyde Park, Long Island, N.Y. He passed away the morning of July 11 at Newtown Rehabilitation at the age of 80.

He graduated from Chamanad Catholic High School and the College of The Holy Cross in Wooster, Mass. He earned a BS degree in accounting as well as a Second Lieutenant Commission in the United States Marines.

He started his career at Price Water House and worked for various companies in California, Minnesota, and New York. He also ran several businesses here in Connecticut. He raised his son while living in Weston and Fairfield. He was very interested in history, religion, and astronomy. His final years were spent living in Bethel and Newtown.

Mike is survived by his son, Michael; wife, Caroline; granddaughter, Marla; sister, Virginia Chion, and her husband, John; and niece, Jennifer, and her family.
