Christmas Fair

In Monroe

MONROE — Monroe Historical Society will present its annual Christmas Fair at East Village Schoolhouse on Wheeler Road on Friday, December 1, from 1 to 8 pm; Saturday, December 2, from 9 am to 4 pm; and Sunday, December 3, from noon to 4 pm.

The fair will feature American-made crafts, evergreen mailbox swags, and wooden collectibles of the Old Schoolhouse and the East Village Meetinghouse by Primrose Path of Stratford.

Also, the newest limited edition print of David Merrill’s  “Old Monroe Town Hall, Library and Annex, circa 1972,“ will be available. Books, afghans, canvas tote bags, and notecards will be offered, as will baked goods including English muffin bread.

The traditional raffle of a balled and cut tree donated by Jones Tree Farm will be held  the final day of the fair.
