Nissan Off Road

Motorist Daniel R. Pister, 17, of 12 Echo Valley Road was driving a 1995 Nissan Maxima eastward on Horseshoe Ridge Road and attempted to turn left onto Old Farm Hill Road at about 9 pm April 18, when Pister lost control of the auto, went onto the lawn of 31 Old Farm Hill Road, and then struck some trees, police said.

Police said the Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Corps treated Pister at the scene for an arm injury.

Police said they issued Pister an infraction ticket listing charges of making a restricted turn, failure to have his driver’s learner’s permit in his possession, and failure to have a driving instructor present in the vehicle.
