Computer Courses Available

DANBURY — SeniorNet, located in Danbury Senior Center, has openings available in the following computer courses for area adults (age 50 and over):

Three “Intro to Computers” courses will be starting the week of April 23. Classes are available on Tuesday at 9 am, Wednesday at 1 pm, and Thursday at 6:30 pm. Computer experience is not necessary.

“Intro to Quicken” courses will begin on Saturday, April 28, at 9:30 am. Students will learn how to use this personal money management software to simplify investing and household finances. Basic computer and mouse skills are required.

Courses are eight weeks in length and last for two and one-half hours each week. Information is posted in the senior center and on the Web at www.danbury.org/seniornet.

The course fee is $25, plus $30 annually to join SeniorNet. Registration is required. To enroll, call the senior center at 797-4686.
