Chamber Golf Outing June 17

At NCC

The Newtown Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual golf tournament and lunch at Newtown Country club on Thursday, June 17. Registration and lunch at noon will be followed by a shotguns tart at 1 pm.

The $75 fee includes lunch, golf, golf cart, and prizes. There is a limit of 60 players in this scramble tournament.

Registration deadline is June 14. Call 426-6650.

Following the golf there will be a Business After Hours event for golfers and nongolfers at the club from 5 to 7:30 pm. The event is included in the golf package. It is free for other chamber members, $10 for nonmembers. Business After Hours is sponsored by Curtis Packaging Corporation, Allstate Insurance, and Clavette Josselyn & Company.
