Teen Summer Reading

To the Editor:

I would like to thank the local businesses who made donations to the Teen Summer Reading Challenge raffle at the C.H. Booth Library. They were Bagel Delight, Cave Comics, Dunkin’ Donuts, Edmond Town Hall Theater, Franco’s Pizza, Newtown Pizza Palace, and Tambascio’s Italian Grill.

Participation in teen summer reading was very high this year, and there was lots of interest in the prizes. Incentives such as these help motivate many teens to keep reading over the summer. Thank you for your interest in Newtown’s teens and ‘tweens!
