Wayne Allan Buchta, 52, of Brookfield, died September 3 at Danbury Hospital after a short illness. He was born in New Milford on November 3, 1954, a son of William and Bettie Buchta of Brookfield.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Mark D. and Scott M. Buchta, both of Newtown; Gary W. Buchta of New Milford; a sister, Debbie G. Morehouse and her husband, David, of Brookfield; and four nephews, Matthew and Jason Buchta, and Andy and Dale Morehouse.

There are no services of calling hours scheduled. Hull Funeral Service, Danbury, is handling arrangements.
