MANCHESTER CENTER, VT. — The Vermont Antiques Dealers’ Association annual antiques show will have a new date for 2008, moving from its regular spot in late September to Saturday and Sunday, August 23 and 24.

The announcement was made by James Dunn, president of the association, at the annual fall meeting at Hartness House in Springfield, Vt. Mr Dunn stated the new August date was selected as a shopping venue for late summer visitors to Vermont, as well as for dealers planning to restock following active summer sales.

The show will continue to be held at Hunter Park Pavilion , Route 7A, in Manchester Center. This ice rink is an attractive facility with access on three sides of the building for dealer move in and out and easily accommodates the 60 participating exhibitors in spacious room settings.

For those who vacation during the later part of August in Vermont, mark down the annual VADA show for August 23–24. The show is under the direction of the VADA show committee. For further information, 802-885-3705.
