First Aid Tips For Summer

BRIDGEPORT — Bridgeport Hospital is offering a free first aid guide with information on a variety of injuries, including burns, cuts and broken bones. For a copy, call 203-384-4441.

The guide, an 11 by 17-inch, double-sided poster, can easily be hung on a wall or door for fast, convenient access. It includes information on bleeding, shock, chest pain and poisoning, instructions on CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver, and guidelines on calling 911 for emergency assistance.
