Evil Princesses vs Team 10: The Evil Princesses and Team 10 played a tight game demonstrating ever-improving skills. For the Evil Princesses, Becca Filiato and Olivia Cornett were forces on offense, while Taegan Smith, Paige Psichopaidas and Naoise Lardner were tenacious on defense. For Team 10, Shea Murphy, Madeline Patrick and Morgan Mello moved the ball well on offense, while Sarah Nowicki made key stops on defense and Meghan Delp had a great save in goal.

Fighting Eagles 0, Fighting Irish 2: The Irish outfought the Eagles this week, although Eagle Nina Henriques kept the Eagles in the game with her footwork. Maggie Sheridan and Madeline Larson showed their steel nerves on defense and Ashley Marron kept pace on the front. For the Fighting Irish, Alison Kelleher and Jenna Lavelle both scored goals. Meghan OâRourke was fantastic on both sides of the ball and Shannon Jackman was tremendous in controlling the ball and making assists.
Mustangs 1, Wildcats 0: The Mustangs were led by Veronica Vodola, who scored the lone goal of the match. She was supported by Karsen Pirone, Angela Vodola and Holly Ankers on offense. The defense was lead by Kaitlyn King, Briana Lovely and Julia Clark, who shut down the wildcats. The Wildcats were led by the strong all-around play of Sarah Widmann, Laura Augenbraun and Lindsey Gallagher. Defensively, the Wildcats were led by Liza Gentrup and Rylee Harrell.
Great Blue Sharks 2, Shining Starz 2: For the sharks, Ally Daoust and Hannah Daly scored goals. Katarina Rosen and Alisa Redzepi played awesome in the field, while Kristina Goeree was outstanding in the goal. Sarah Tressler scored both goals for the Starz. Emma DaSilva and Morgan Seras played strong in midfield, while Madison Ziperstein and Alexis Fortugno anchored the defense.

Underdogs 2, Wolverines 2: Underdogs battled back from a 2-0 deficit in the second half and came away with a tie score. Strong defensive play was demonstrated by Lauren Carrino and Haley Taylor. Lauren Cirrone and Carrino both scored to tie the game. Elizabeth Pratt in goal held the Wolverines scoreless in the first half. The Wolverines fought hard on offense and defense. Juliet Grover and Sophia Andrew scored the Wolverinesâ two goals. Sophia Albano and Elizabeth Weisgerber played tough defense.
 Animals 5, Dynamite Desserts 3: For the Animals, Katie Elkin assisted to Olivia Bellagamba for a goal. Zoe Ivan and Allie Indelicato also scored. Laura Mailin was aggressive at midfield. For the Dynamite Desserts, Lena Litzenburgner scored her first goal of the season, while Sydney Johnson added two more goals. Julia Haskins lead the defensive effort.
Extreme Mustangs 3, American Eagles 1: Megan Goyda, Bella Jiminez, and Grace Corcoran scored for the Extreme Mustangs. Nahdi Bropleh was a force for good on defense. For the American Eagles, Hana Rosenthal scored a beautiful breakaway goal, and Caroline Viselli and Maya Neuhoff kept the game close with their outstanding defensive play. Jillian Milano and Rachel Tomasino made several dazzling saves in goal.
American Eagles 5, Dynamite Desserts 3: Scoring goals for the American Eagles were Olivia Hage (two), Grace Sholtes, Maya Neuhoff, and Julia Doyle, with assists from Caroline Viselli and Hana Rosenthal. Lizzie Delp and Natalie Young helped to preserve the win with their great defensive play.

Fairfield Silver 4, Newtown Rangers 0: Emily Neave and Megan Kelleher fought hard to get several shots on Fairfieldâs goal. Alexandra Manoni and Julia Sughrue played aggressively on offense. Stefanie Carr and Brianna MacDonald made some outstanding saves in Newtownâs goal.

Twisters 0, Street Lightning 3: Street Lighting took the lead with a fine goal from Carly Grossano . Katerina Ringes scored from the penalty spot after a great attack by Stephanie Haas. Elizabeth Wojcik scored late in the game with a long shot from midfield. Aileen Sheluck had her best performance of the season, winning and distributing the ball nicely in midfield, while Emma Burns played well throughout. For the Twisters, Mary Kate Malin and Rachael DiCristina had strong midfield play and persistent defense by Anita Luxkaranayagam and Nicole Mendonca, and solid goaltending by Sinead Flanagan. Special mention to Taylor Clomiro and Anna Pickney for sportsmanship.
Earthquakes 1, Cone Heads 1: Emily Jerris scored the Earthquakeâs goal and strong defensive performances were turned in by Christina Badiola, Emily Turco and Emily Papp. Ashley Marks scored the Cone Headsâ goal. Tessa Leon-Gambetta and Maren Brady were outstanding on defense, while Catherine McHugh and Grace Frost played a strong game on offense.
Chatterboxes 5, Cone Heads 2: The Chatterboxes had goals by Meghan and Emily Grimes, Sierra Mather, Renee Henriques and Stephanie Devaney with assists from Meghan Grimes, Kayla DiSibio and Jamie Duncan. Morgan Goldstein and Margot Elkins played a strong defensive game. For the Cone Heads., Megan Olszewski and Catherine McHugh scored the goals. Mackenzie Lapp and Hannah Delia played a strong game on offense, while Joanelle Tran and Aspen Kraushaar provided strong defensive efforts.

U10
Predators 3, Team Five 1: Kevin Arther was the lone goal scorer for the Predators, scoring all three goals. Christopher Russo held Team 5 scoreless in the first half. Ryan Escoda was outstanding on defense and also had one shot on goal. Defensive standouts were Austin Smith and Sterling Radacsi. Offensively, Michael Arther and Chad Azzarito helped move the ball forward.
Newtown Strikers 1, Blue Hurricanes 4: Nate Torre-Tasso had the Strikersâ only goal. The team played well, with strong overall performances from Kai Toomey, Robert DiSibio and RH Clark. Harry Eppers and Andrew Janco were strong in goal. Scoring for the Blue Hurricanes were Adam Farley and Elliot Bennet. Goalies were Grant Moxham and Tyler Gainer. On defense Brian Montoya and Joel Duval did an outstanding job.
U14
Barca 5, Vipers 3: Barca was led by Miguel Rodriguez, who play very well on offense and scored four goals. Anthony Vournazos also scored a goal and Jeruen Schickendantz had an outstanding game on defense. For the Vipers, Tim Vanderhaven notched a hat trick, scoring all of the teamâs goals. Matt Barra and Sam Cox played well in the midfield, while Christian Morlock had a strong game in defense.
