NEW MILFORD — On Wednesday, March 18, ear, nose, and throat specialist Timothy Kaiser, MD, will provide a community health forum titled “Can You Hear Me Now? Get the Word on Hearing Loss.” The forum will run from 6:45 to 8:30 pm in the New Milford Hospital Robison Conference Rooms

Hearing loss is a condition affecting millions of Americans. The main causes of hearing loss are heredity and exposure to loud noises. However, other risk factors include aging, certain illnesses, some medications, and the build-up of ear wax.

Join Dr Kaiser as he discusses preventive measures and ways to cope with hearing loss, including risk factors, signs, and symptoms. He will provide information on diagnostic testing and treatment options, including surgical procedures and hearing aids.
