Subdivision Plan Withdrawn

Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) members learned on the night of July 16

that a residential resubdivision application which had been pending before

them for several months had been withdrawn from consideration that afternoon.

A July 16 public hearing had been scheduled to consider The Estate of Louis

Gadus's application to resubdivide 7.5 acres into three building lots on

Castle Meadow Road.

The plan's withdrawal stemmed from various technical problems found by town

technical staff members in reviewing the application.
