Larceny Arrest

Police report they charged Tiffany Pirc, 23, of Bethel with sixth degree larceny about 8:45 pm June 14.

Police allege that Pirc, who was watching a dog at a house on Saw Mill Road, stole a prescription medication from a medicine cabinet in the house. After processing the case, police released Pirc on a written promise to appear June 28 in Danbury Superior Court.

Five Charges

Police report they stopped motorist Jacey Powers, 24, of New Milford on Route 34 about 11:20 am June 15 for not having a front marker plate on the vehicle she was driving.

 Police charged Powers with failure to display a marker plate, misuse of a marker plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while under suspension, driving without automotive insurance.

Police released Powers on a written promise to appear June 30 in Danbury Superior Court.
