Dawn Louise Roman to Richard Allen Weide

Shirley Roman of 12 Pastors Walk, Newtown, announces the engagement of her daughter, Dawn Louise Roman, to Richard Allen Weide of Stratford and Bass River, Mass.

The future bride is the daughter of the late Robert Roman, and the future bridegroom is the son of the late Harry (Jack) Weide and the late Pauline Weide of Stratford.

Ms Roman graduated from Newtown High School. She received a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting in 1986, and a master of business administration degree in 2003, both from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury. She is an accountant with GE Druck, New Fairfield.

Mr Weide graduated from Bunnell High School in Stratford. He is a delivery coordinator at Stevenson Group in Stevenson.

A wedding date has yet to be announced.
