Bruce Isidore Phillips

‘Fare Thee Well’

Bruce Isidore Phillips died unexpectedly from complications due to an asthma attack, July 6, in Crozet, Va. Born in Bridgeport, October 9, 1964, he was raised in Monroe.

He will sadly be missed by his mother, Anne E. Phillips-Frendt and her husband, Dennis, of Newtown; six brothers; three sisters; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and his godparents.

Mr Phillips was a lifelong carpenter. He greatly enjoyed his time with family and friends, was an avid outdoorsman, and had a great interest in music. He enjoyed reading and spending time improving his property in Virginia. A gentle soul, loyal to a fault, his quick wit and sly smile will be greatly missed by those who knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
