Ida Lasher

Ida Lasher, 85 died Tuesday at her home in Brooklyn, NY.

She was the loving mother of Newtown resident Howard Lasher.

She was born March 20, 1914 in Montreal, Canada and was the wife of the late Louis Lasher.

Mrs Lasher was a garment worker in New York City.

Two grandsons, Lee and Drew, and two great grand children, Gabrielle and David, survive Mrs Lasher. She is also survived by a sister, Sophie Oliver of Jersey City.

Funeral services were held last week at the Riverside Chapel at 180 West 76th Street and Amsterdam Avenue.
