Loving Mother

Theresa (Leskovsky) Mazur of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Albert J. Mazur, Sr, died October 23 at St Vincent’s Medical Center, with her loving family at her side. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Hetes) Leskovsky. Mrs Mazur was born and resided in Bridgeport.

She is survived by her devoted and loving children, Albert J. Mazur, Jr, and his wife, Ann, of Newtown, Mary Ann Gabor of Shelton, and Joanne Mazur Hill and her husband, George, of Bridgeport; six loving grandchildren, Lynn Therriault and her husband, John, Lisa Farasciano and her husband, Vincent, Jennifer Mazur and her fiancé, Evan Tobin, Kristen Mazur and Albert J. Mazur III, of Newtown, and Jeffrey A. Hill and his wife, Elisabeth, of Farmington, N.H.; four loving great-grandchildren, John Therriault, Meghan Therriault, Matthew Farasciano, and MacKenzie Hill; her brother, Joseph Leskovsky of Stratford; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Theodore and Alvina Kurek of Bridgeport; and several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Her brothers Steven, John, and Paul Leskovsky, and her sisters Helen Chudy and Margaret Guden predeceased her.

Funeral services took place on October 26 in Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment followed in St Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
