‘Unity In Diversity’ Programs Preview

Unity In Diversity, a cable television program that provides an education in learning about one’s neighbors, especially through a clearer understanding of their religious heritage, spiritual values, and everyday life, airs each Monday at noon and Wednesday at 5:30 pm on Charter Communications Channel 21.

The program on January 18 and 20 will feature Father Larry Carew, the Charismatic Renewal Liaison for the Diocese of Bridgeport; and then on January 25 and 27, the Reverend Lawrence “Aboona” Johnson, former pastor for St Anthony Maronite Catholic Church in Danbury, will be featured.

Upcoming programs and guests will also include: February 1 and 3, Sister Bridget Mary Meehan, with “Another Look at Mary Magdalene”; February 8 and 10, “Buddhism” with Ocean of Wisdom Sakya; and February 15 and 17, Sister Frances Smalkowski, chaplain to the Pope John Paul II Center in Danbury.
