To the Editor:

Vote Republican, Barbara Bloom for Legislative Council-District Two on November 8. Mrs Bloom has lived in Newtown all her life and is married with one son. Mrs Bloom knows and understands the Legislative Council process within Newtown by getting involved with town politics and various committees within the Republican Town Committee.

Mrs Bloom earns her living as a financial advisor, knows the “value of a dollar,” understands the importance of prioritizing town projects, and prioritizing on how tax dollars should be spent. These qualities will make Mrs Bloom a valuable member for the Newtown Legislative Council.

I urge each and every eligible voter to get out and vote for Mrs Bloom for Legislative Council-District Two and all other Republican Candidates including J. Borst, S. Doyle, and P. Llodra in District Two. In District One, J. DiCandido, M. Iassogna, and R. Recht, and in District Three, D. Brown, W. Rogers, and J. Capeci on November 8.
