An evening of Mediterranean themed food and entertainment will also include a silent auction with more than 80 items being offered.

The silent auction will include everything from a backstage tour of the Boston Symphony, kayaking lessons, a quilt by Newtown resident Selma Kenter and theater tickets to restaurant certificates, antiques including a Tiffany desk blotter, jewelry, gift baskets and a stay at an inn in Great Barrington, Mass.,

Tickets are available at two levels. Those who wish to enjoy the full evening, including dinner at 6, can buy tickets for $35 per person or $65 for a couple; or for those who wish to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and the entertainment beginning at 7:15, tickets are $25 each, $45 per couple. All tickets include the silent auction.
