NHS Class Of ’81 Reunion Scheduled

The Newtown High School reunion for the Class of 1981 has been scheduled for October 21 and 22, with three events.

The first event, scheduled for Friday, October 21, will start at 7 pm with a cocktail reception at the Dana Holcombe House, 29 Main Street. The second event is scheduled for Saturday, October 22, starting at 11:30 am at the pavilion at Dickinson Memorial Park. Organizers are also inviting shoulder classes from the 1970s and 1980s to join the Class of 1981 at the barbeque event at Dickenson on Saturday. The third event will be the main reunion dinner and dance on Saturday at 7 pm at Capellaro’s Grove in Bethel. An after hours party is also planned by the organizers.
